To complete your appointment, you must review and accept the policy consent form linked above. The policy for color appointments is summarized below:

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $50 is due at the time of booking your COLOR SERVICE. Color deposits will be charged automatically to the credit card on file at the time of booking.

Your $50 deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service, once rendered. Keep in mind, should you need to reschedule your service, your deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE but can be transferred ONE time up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

Your salon services are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the salon’s scheduling process. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 72 hours in advance for color appointments & 48 hours in advance for all other appointments. Any cancelations within that time are subject to 50-100% of the cost of the scheduled service charged to the credit card on file.

If a color appointment is canceled within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, 50% of the service will be charged to the credit card on file.

If ANY appointment is canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or “NO SHOW” 100% of the service will be charged to the credit card on file.

I recognize the time of my clients & myself are valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
